Accessibility Manifesto

The FeneCultura HUB is an inclusive, international, and democratic digital ecosystem. We are fully compliant with international W3C/WCAG standards and current cultural legislation.

Visual Interface & Contrast

Native High Contrast: Our platform was designed natively in Dark Mode. This means the global color scheme already inverts light backgrounds and intensifies the visual weight of texts, making reading easier for users with low vision or color blindness without heavy plugins.

Dynamic Zoom: The Accessibility Menu allows you to adjust the text scale up to 150%. The entire architecture was built with relative measurements, ensuring the layout remains readable and responsive.

Semantics & Structure (ARIA)

Screen Readers: The site features hidden blocks providing invisible instructions for software like NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver, avoiding common audio conflicts.

Keyboard Shortcuts (Accesskeys): Quick commands for users with motor restrictions:Alt + 1 Skip straight to content.Alt + 2 Skip to the navigation menu.

Signs & Multimedia

Sign Language Avatar: Official integration with 3D avatars translating the interface to sign language.

Video Architecture: We prioritize secure video integrations to guarantee Picture-in-Picture with human interpreters and audio description channels.

Human Sensitivity

Even with robust technological apparatus (AI and 3D avatars), we maintain human safeguards. Complex terms of intangible heritage require human linguistic curation.

For the audio description of artworks, we adopt scripting with professional voiceovers that translate the poetry and aesthetic details.

Commitment Certification

This document certifies that the FeneCultura HUB is a fully democratized platform, able to receive and distribute cultural funding with technical excellence.
