Privacy Policy – FeneCultura HUB

Last updated: [January 2026]

The FeneCultura HUB, coordinated by CrieDivulgue, is a cooperative digital and territorial ecosystem dedicated to safeguarding Brazilian knowledge. This policy details how we handle your data in an environment focused on protecting memory and cultural ethics.

1. Information Collection

To ensure the integrity of the ecosystem and the curatorship of profiles, we collect the following data:

  • Registration Data: Name (displayName), e-mail, photo (photoURL), location, and agreement to the terms of use.
  • Professional Profile: Professional activities, biography, and a mandatory video link (YouTube) for the curatorship and validation process.
  • Transaction Data: Digital Wallet credit records, membership history (Active or Lifetime), and financial transactions.
  • Cultural Identity: Information about artworks and knowledge submitted to obtain the Ethical Origin Seal.
  • Activity Feed Interaction Data: Comments you add when sharing content on the platform and records of your interactions (like likes) on these publications.

2. Use of Information

The collected data has specific purposes within our Distributed Governance:

  • Curatorship and Verification: Ethical and technical analysis performed by human curators (masters and researchers) to approve profiles in the ecosystem.
  • Safeguarding and Authorship: Immutable registration of cultural authorship via blockchain technology, preventing the hijacking or misappropriation of traditional knowledge.
  • Partner Artificial Intelligence: Use of AI tools to assist members in generating biographies and cultural project drafts.
  • Economic Management: Processing contributions to the Cooperative Common Fund and managing the P2P (person-to-person) economy of the network.

3. Sharing and Visibility

In the FeneCultura HUB, visibility is a projection tool, but it respects the author's safety:

  • Public Showcases: Artist portfolios and approved collective profiles are displayed publicly to generate opportunities and global connections.
  • Two-Way Diplomacy: Data from certified projects may be shared with partner institutions, such as embassies, consulates, and cultural attachés, for exchange and international interaction via the BCI Method.
  • Payment Processing: Information necessary for financial transactions is shared with payment service providers (e.g., Mercado Pago) to acquire credits.

4. Security and Public Domain

Unlike conventional platforms, we treat technology as a means for the protection of life:

  • User Autonomy: You own your data and artworks. The HUB acts only as a facilitator and registrar (blockchain).
  • Governance Transition: We currently operate in the Seed Phase (under CrieDivulgue's coordination), but information is managed to allow a safe transition to the Root Phase (full community control).
  • Technological Protection: We use international standard cloud providers (Firebase) and the Polygon network (for blockchain) ensuring cyber security.

5. Your Rights

As an ecosystem member, you have the right to:

  • Access, correct or request the deletion of your personal data (respecting the immutable limitations of blockchain records).
  • Request the review of curatorial evaluations in a reasoned and ethical manner.
  • Decide the public visibility of your portfolio.

6. Contact and Updates

This policy is a living document that evolves with community governance. Updates will be notified on the platform. For questions, contact the coordination via e-mail: criedivulgue@gmail.com.
