1. Nature of the Ecosystem
The FeneCultura HUB is not just a service platform, but a cooperative digital and territorial ecosystem. By using this system, the user acknowledges participating in a solidarity economy environment aimed at safeguarding Brazilian culture, where technology (Blockchain and AI) serves as a means for protecting memory and life.
2. Profile Categories and Access
Access to functionalities is organized by specific profiles, each with distinct journeys:
- Artist / Creator: Culture makers focused on portfolios, authorship protection, and participation in the P2P economy.
- Organizer / Manager: Those responsible for managing collectives, spaces, events, and promotion programs.
- Enthusiast: Supporting public that consumes culture and strengthens the network.
3. Onboarding and Ethical Curatorship
To ensure the integrity of the ecosystem, the registration of Artist and Organizer profiles undergoes a pre-approval flow.
- The candidate must complete their profile with truthful information, including a mandatory video link for evaluation by human curatorship (composed of masters and researchers).
- Full access to the dashboard is conditioned on the ethical and technical approval of the profile.
4. Intellectual Property and Blockchain Technology
The HUB uses blockchain technology to guarantee the immutable registration of cultural authorship.
- Authorship Guarantee: The user retains all rights to their works, but the HUB provides the infrastructure to certify the origin and contribution history, preventing the hijacking of traditional knowledge.
- Ethical Origin Seal: Submitting works for certification requires the consent of the communities of origin and a commitment to fair production conditions.
5. Use of Partner Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The available AI tools (biography generators and project drafts) are offered as strategic consulting.
- AI does not replace the author. All texts or projects generated must be reviewed and validated by the user before being published or submitted to public notices.
- FeneCultura is not responsible for inaccuracies or hallucinations generated by the language models.
6. Solidarity Economy and Common Fund
The ecosystem is maintained through a Cooperative Common Fund.
- Members can opt for annual or lifetime contributions to access advanced functionalities.
- P2P financial transactions (such as hiring or ticket sales) may be subject to platform maintenance fees, whose percentages are reverted to the sustainability of the network and to remunerate Territorial Agents.
7. User Responsibilities
By using the HUB, the user commits to:
- Not engaging in cultural misappropriation or plagiarizing third-party knowledge.
- Maintaining an ethical and respectful conduct in all interactions (forums, P2P negotiations, comments).
- Keeping profile data up to date.
8. Governance Transition
The HUB is currently in the Seed Phase, technically operated by CrieDivulgue. The terms of service may undergo substantial updates as the platform transitions to the Root Phase (community governance via DAO or full platform cooperativism).
9. Conflict Resolution
Conflicts between users (P2P economy or authorship disputes) will be initially mediated by the HUB's Ethical Curatorship Chamber. Legal issues that go beyond platform governance will be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
